Sunrise Oaks is a Gated Community that offers 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartment Homes with Washers/Dryers in every home, kitchen pantries, and vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and gas fireplaces are available in select homes. We also have a Soothing Spa and Refreshing Pool for your Enjoyment! WE PAY YOUR WATER,GARBAGE AND SEWER !!!
Pet Policy:
We allow cats and dogs up to 25lbs at an additional $500 deposit per pet and $45.00 extra rent for up to 1 pet.
